Tutoring Location + Options
We offer tutoring in-person at our location at 2920 NE Blakeley St, in the University Village area of Seattle, as well as remotely through Google Meet. In-home tutoring may be available for an additional fee—please contact Mark, our owner, for more details. Otherwise, there are no extra fees to get started, and we don’t require a minimum number of sessions or long-term commitments.
Billing Process
We use an in-house billing system integrated with Google Calendar. Our billing is divided into two cycles:
Billing typically occurs within a week after the end of each cycle. Invoices are sent from fusionmath@fusioninvoicing.com. If there’s a period with no sessions, no invoice will be generated, and you will not be charged. To ensure you receive your invoices we recommend adding fusionmath@fusioninvoicing.com to your contacts.
Business Hours, Session Length, Other Fees, Urgent Sessions, Cancelation Policy
Fusion Math is open by appointment, with tutors available throughout the day, seven days a week. We also offer same-day tutoring for an additional fee of $30/hour. For urgent sessions, please text or call us at 206-729-MATH.
Appointments are typically an hour long, though extended sessions are common, particularly for older students. Tutor availability varies, but once you are connected with your tutor you can work directly with them to arrange future sessions. If your tutor is unavailable, they can help you coordinate with another tutor or you can contact Mark for assistance.
