Additional Information about how things with us work, our Cancelation Policy, and our Billing Process:


We tutor In-Person at our location at 2920 NE Blakeley St in the Ravenna / Bryant / University Village area and Remotely through Zoom or Google Meet.  In-Home tutoring can sometimes be arranged for an extra fee.  Please Inquire with Mark, our Owner.  Otherwise, ther is no additional fee to get started and no minimum sessions and no long term committments.


How we bill: We have developed an in-house billing system that uses Google Calendar as our starting point.  Using this system, we post-bill by Debit or Credit Card for the first half of the month (1-15) and then again for the last half of each month (16-end).  Billing can take up to a week after the close of each cycle.  Paid invoices are sent from "billing@fusonmath.com"If there is a period with no session, no invoice is generated and there is no charge.  Adding billing@fusionmath.com to your contacts can help ensure the invoices avoid the spam folder.

Fusion Math is always open by appointment - we have tutors available at most times of the day every day of the week.  We also offer emergency same-day tutoring for an extra fee of $30/hr.  Best to text us or call us in that case!  206-729-MATH.  Appointments are typically an hour but longer sessions are common as well, especially for older students.  Schedules vary by tutor and once sessions have been arranged, scheduling can be done directly with your tutor.  If your tutor is unavailable, they can always assist in setting up a meeting with an alternate tutor or you can arrange through our owner, Mark.
